Debra Langley is a Partner at CAPTIS, a UK-based investment platform. A seasoned professional with extensive experience in fashion, retail, and technology, Mrs. Langley also serves on the Advisory Board of the DesignSingapore Council, Singapore’s national agency for design, and contributes to several pioneering tech ventures reimagining fashion and popular culture. Her career includes leadership positions such as President of DKNY JEANS International, overseeing all non-US markets, and President APAC for Borderlinx, a global e-commerce enabler. Earlier, she co-founded an online health and wellness platform in partnership with philanthropist Michael Milken and held a business development role at the international division of the Hearst Corporation in New York. Holding citizenships in both the US and New Zealand, Mrs. Langley is also a Singapore Permanent Resident.
