Donatella Ceccarelli is the Founder and CEO of DAF Private Office, advising family principals on governance, restructuring, and innovation, while managing her own private investments. She is Senior Advisor to GMTI, investing in mobility software ventures, and serves on the boards of GAM Holding AG and AMG Critical Materials NV, where she holds key roles in audit, risk, and nomination committees. From 2011 to 2023, Mrs. Ceccarelli was Chairwoman and CEO of the Flick Family Office, overseeing global asset allocation across liquid and illiquid assets. She has held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and Deutsche Bank, with a focus on UHNW advisory and equity markets. Mrs. Ceccarelli holds degrees from the Universities of Heidelberg and Trieste, and completed her specialization at New York University.
